Located in Port Angeles Washington, next door to the international Coho ferry, Rosie's cozy cocktail lounge enjoys views of the Strait of Juan De Fuca to the North, and the Olympic Mountains to the South.

This classic mojito blends crisp strawberry mint whiskey, fresh lime, muddled mint, and house made simple syrup, topped with effervescent soda water. Don’t be fooled by its bright and lively demeanor—this drink carries an edge beneath its sweetness

A Southern Belle's Take on a French Blonde. As timeless as Scarlett O’Hara herself, this refined blend of Lillet, elderflower gin, grapefruit, fresh lemon, citrus bitters, and elderflower liqueur is delicate, crisp, floral, and full of charm. One taste and you'll be swept off your feet.

Just when you think you know the story, it takes a twist. House-made marinara, mozzarella cheese, and tender wood-smoked marinated chicken, complemented by savory wood-smoked pork belly bacon, spicy jalapenos, tangy gorgonzola cheese, and a sweet pineapple reduction drizzle.
